Sr. Project Manager – Oracle Cloud HCM Functional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sr. Project Manager – Oracle Cloud HCM to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and business acumen to lead complex Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support pre-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects in the US and regional markets
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimation, and client presentations
• Provide technical and functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Ensure project delivery within budget and timeline constraints
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Maintain clear communication with management and clients
• Drive customer satisfaction and project success

Requirements

• 16-18 years of overall experience in IT Consulting, Pre-Sales, Project Management, CoE, and Training initiatives
• 6-8 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud applications, specifically HCM Cloud
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud before transitioning to project management
• Strong techno-functional understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Experience in planning, execution, and delivery management of Oracle Cloud projects
• Proficiency in project budget management, risk mitigation, and status reporting
• High-level understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Platform as a Service (PaaS)
• Experience supporting sales teams in opportunity development, including assessment, solutioning, estimation, and demonstrations
• Understanding of software development methodologies, change management, and deployment procedures
• Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle in Oracle Cloud
• Strong domain experience in HCM, including hands-on functional or techno-functional experience in HCM Cloud
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across different departments and organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP track
• Experience with US-based or multinational clients
• Relevant Oracle certifications
