Job Description:
This position is for Software Solution Architect who will support and complete the tasks necessary to design and implement a methodology to support the user interfaces for systems connecting to the Data Hub. Solution Architect will work under the direction of Customer Services and cross matrix teams to support and complete the tasks necessary for Enterprise technical team. The resource is integral to supporting and improving automated processes, streamlining critical business processes, data integrity, SEM/SUITE compliance, and securing the applications.
Requirement:
- Minimum 4-8 years as a Software Solutions Architect
- The resource participates in a variety of assignments that provides for the enhancement, integration, maintenance, and implementation of projects.
- The resource will also provide application oversight to business analysts and to other teams integrating with Enterprise Services.
- Responsible for developing solutions for new use cases.
- Responsible for developing ROMs for new use cases.
- Responsible for overall system design
- Review and approve system design for new use cases.
- Responsible for overall code and configuration
- Review and approve code deliverables.
- Coach and mentor developers.
- Code of applications, interfaces, modules, components, and reports
- Complete testing plan and checklists
- Produce requested Systems Engineering Methodology deliverables.
- Complete transition and maintenance plans to enable state staff to maintain applications, code, interfaces, modules, components, and reports.
- Perform knowledge transfer to state staff.
- Create technical documentation.
- Document and maintain the Incident Response Plan
- Document, track and resolve technical exception requests.
- Document and maintain the Disaster Recovery Plan
- Follow configuration management processes implemented.
- Vendor support for Rhapsody licensing and software.

- LONIC, SNOMED, RxNorm
- Rhapsody Integration Engine (7.x)
- Rhapsody Developer Kit (RDK) to create custom filters, mappers, etc.
- Custom message payload translation from one format (e.g., JSON, XML, HL7) to a different format (e.g., proprietary/legacy format)
- Experience using web services, SOAP, REST, OAUTH, TCP-connections, LLP, etc.
- Experience using transport encryption/security; TLS, mutual authorization via certificates, etc.
