Position : Oracle HCM Technical Consultant [Payroll]

Experience : 6-8 Years

Mode : Work from Home

Start Date : Immediate to 15 Days

Employment : Full Time with Client

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Oracle Technical aspects: Excellent working experience in Fast Formulas (Mainly Payroll, Absence, and OTL modules) and HCM Extracts.
• BI Reports and Data Conversion knowledge and experience will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience with 4 years in cloud Technical areas of fast formula and HCM extracts.
• Basic functional knowledge of HCM modules (Payroll, Absence, and OTL) is required.
• Analyse As-Is Processes and craft the optimized To-Be Processes.
• Would be responsible for liaising with Business & IT teams for Functional/Technical specifications, Executing SIT, Supporting UAT testing & Training of Business and Core Users.
• Understanding of software development methodologies, development processes, change management, and deployment procedures.
• Ability to analyze, understand, troubleshoot, and effectively communicate details to end users.
• Knowledge of the underlying Oracle tables, integration points, and technology processes is critical to success in this role.
• Good to have: BI Reports and Data Conversions skills.

Technical Capabilities:

• Proficiency in Oracle Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, and OTL modules) and HCM Extracts.
• 6-8 years of overall experience with 4 years in cloud technical areas like fast formulas and HCM extracts.
• Basic functional knowledge of HCM modules (Payroll, Absence, and OTL).
• Ability to analyze and optimize processes, collaborate with teams, and execute testing and training phases.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, change management, and Oracle technology processes.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology or a related field.
