Position : Oracle HCM Technical Consultant [FAW]

Key Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM.
- Expertise in Oracle’s HCM Data Loader (HDL) and be comfortable working in the US time zones
- Ability to write and optimize SQL queries, including complex joins, subqueries, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Data Models and familiarity with creating and modifying reports using Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) is highly desirable.
- An understanding of the Oracle Time and Labor module, including its functionalities, data structures, and reporting capabilities, is advantageous.
- Possess a strong understanding of Oracle HCM data structures, tables, and schemas.
- Mandatory experiences in FAW: Candidates with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) and its integration with Oracle HCM will be given preference.
Technical Capabilities:
- Proficiency in Oracle databases is crucial for data storage and retrieval in OTBI and BI.
- Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) is fundamental for data manipulation in Oracle databases.
- Strong analytical skills are necessary for effective data analysis using Oracle Data Analytics tools.
- Proficiency in using OTBI and BI tools includes creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Understanding data modeling and warehousing principles is crucial for designing effective data structures in Oracle databases.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology or a related field
