Position : Oracle HCM Functional Consultant [Fusion & EBS]

Experience : 8-10 years

Mode : Work from Office & Hybrid

Start Date : Immediate to 15 Days

Employment : Full Time with Client

Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Mandatory experience into Oracle HRMS and Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Implement and configure Oracle HCM Fusion and EBS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Leave Management, Talent Management, and Recruitment, according to client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and provide expert guidance on best practices and system optimizations.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM modules, resolving issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
• Mentor junior team members, share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the HCM practice.
• Lead pre-sales activities by showcasing product capabilities, conducting demonstrations, and participating in client workshops to gather requirements.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in payroll processing, leave management, and talent acquisition.

Technical Capabilities:

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Fusion and EBS modules, particularly in Core HR, Payroll, Leave Management, Talent Management, and Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, including payroll processing, leave policies, talent acquisition, and performance management.
• Proven track record in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, client workshops, and proposal writing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Willingness to travel onsite for short and long trips as required by project demands.
• Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle EBS HRMS is a plus.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud technologies, integrations, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive successful project outcomes within timelines and budget constraints.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology or a related field
