Job Description: As an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for technical development and customization within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). You will utilize your expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle EBS technologies to deliver solutions that meet business requirements. Experience with data conversions, interfaces, BI Publisher reports, and familiarity with AOL concepts in SCM and/or Order to Cash Modules will be essential for this role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Oracle EBS applications using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, OAF (Oracle Application Framework), and BI Publisher.
- Design and implement data conversions and interfaces as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Support and maintain existing Oracle EBS applications, troubleshoot issues, and perform performance tuning.
- Document technical designs, test plans, and deployment instructions.
- Experience with workflow in Oracle EBS will be advantageous.
Required Skills:
- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS technical development.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with data conversions, interfaces, and BI Publisher reports.
- Familiarity with AOL (Application Object Library) concepts in SCM and/or Order to Cash Modules.
- Experience in Oracle Forms or OAF (Oracle Application Framework).
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS workflow is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle EBS technical development.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
