Position : Oracle Project Accounting Functional Consultant

Experience : 8+ Years

Location : Work from Office

Start Date : Immediate

Mode of Work : Full Time with Client

Location : Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• 8+ years Oracle Applications R12 Functional experience in Oracle projects experience (Project accounting, billing & Costing) in P2P and O2C process covering OTL and GL.
• Expert in Project Accounting, should have worked hands on in implementation projects spanning multiple countries.
• Would be responsible for liaising with Business & IT teams for Functional specifications, data conversion, requirement gathering.
• Solution design, Execute SIT, UAT testing & Training of Business and Core Users
• Exp. in Impact analysis and propose solutions for the enhancement requests.
• Hands on experience in full configuration/ setup, resolving issues and addressing root causes for Oracle Project Accounting (Project Costing and Project Billing)
• Event based Revenue and Billing and Billing and Revenue Extensions
  Independent and Confident, should be able to perform the require analysis independently and provide solutions.
• Knowledge of languages such as SQL or PL/SQL and Oracle Reporting tools
• Experience in production support and maintenance of Oracle Apps for Project Accounting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Should have knowledge of Documentation as per Oracle AIM methodology.
• Should have experience in Pre- Implementation, Implementation and Support of Oracle EBS Application R12.2.Expertise functionally in Oracle Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, BOM, WIP and Logistics. Exposure to India localization is added advantage.
• Should be good in SQL/PLSQL. Exposure to Oracle Apps technical architecture is added advantage.
• Having full end to end life cycle implementations experience of Oracle Applications with 2-5 complete Life cycle end to end Oracle EBS Implementations.
• Good exposure in Requirement Gathering , Mapping, Solution Design, Gap Analysis, Development and Data Conversions in SCM modules.
• Implement customized solutions where standard application doesn’t support in SCM modules.
• Must have excellent time management, strong presentation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Actively Participate in project events (SIT and UAT) and understand the Business Process. Take Ownership on Conversion activity across SCM Modules.

Desired Skills:

• Expertise in Oracle Project Accounting, including Project Costing and Project Billing, with hands-on experience in implementation projects across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules such as Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, BOM, WIP, and Logistics, including exposure to India localization.
• Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Reporting tools for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Experience in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Applications, including pre-implementation, implementation, and support phases, with at least 2-5 complete end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations.
• Excellent communication skills, time management, presentation abilities, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
