Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Applications R12, specifically in Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementation and support projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day technical support activities and handle client communication.
- Prioritize and resolve issues efficiently, serving as the primary point of contact for ticket resolution.
- Document issue resolution approaches, unit test plans, and test results.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Technical Specifications (TE040), and Training Manuals for new development activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of overall experience in Oracle Applications, with at least 5 years specifically in Oracle Apps.
- Minimum of 1 Oracle EBS Finance implementation experience and 2 projects in Support.
- Strong expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles.
- Experience in various phases of project implementation lifecycle and knowledge of implementation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in documenting Functional Design Documents, Test Scripts, and Training Manuals.
- Ability to support technical development, build test scripts, and conduct application testing.
