Job Description: IOTE Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment efforts, specifically focused on Oracle Cloud and other IT technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in end-to-end IT recruitment, team management, and HR operations. This role requires a proactive leader with a strategic mindset to drive the staffing division’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and meeting recruitment targets.
- Allocate recruitment tasks, assess individual performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Train new hires and integrate them into the recruitment process efficiently.
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed), social media (Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp), other job networks internal databases.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure data integrity.
- Client Coordination:
- POC understand client requirements and provide suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend kick-off meetings to gather requirements and provide strategic input.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports and utilization analysis.
- Experience in using Zoho People, Zoho Recruit to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve processes.
- HR Operations:
- Handle HR operations including onboarding, induction, BGV, employee engagement, and grievance management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and performance management systems.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and provide necessary support on HR-related topics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in Human Resource Management preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with expertise in Domestic, Middle East, and US markets.Proven experience in managing a team of recruiters.Strong knowledge of open-source technologies, ERP systems, cloud technologies, and other IT domains.Proficient in using Zoho tools for recruitment and HR operations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and reporting skills.
