GA4 & Looker Studio Analyst

IOTE Technologies is seeking an experienced We are seeking a highly motivated GA4 & Looker Studio Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in setting up and managing our Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementation, creating compelling Looker Studio dashboards, and generating data-driven insights to elevate the customer experience across all our stores.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain a comprehensive GA4 tracking plan, ensuring accurate data collection and set up in a standardized, repeatable template.
• Design and develop insightful Looker Studio dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer behavior trends.
• Generate weekly email reports that summarize key metrics and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with program, UX, and product management teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies for optimizing the customer journey.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest GA4 and Looker Studio features and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and experience with previous versions of Google Analytics a plus.
• Strong understanding of web analytics concepts and data analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency in Looker Studio for building dashboards and visualizations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate complex data into clear and concise insights for various audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for data-driven decision making and a desire to make a positive impact on the customer experience.

Additional Attributes:

Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with e-commerce analytics.
