Oracle Cloud Technical with OIC

IOTE Technologies is seeking a talented Oracle Fusion Technical professional with expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for an exciting opportunity in our Client’s Support Project. Experience: 5+ years

Start Date: Immediate to 15 Days

Employment: Full Time with Client

Location: Hybrid – Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day technical support activities and maintain clear client communication channels.
• Prioritize and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate effectively with the Technical Team to streamline processes and optimize performance.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in error handling within OIC, with a keen eye for troubleshooting API payload issues and identifying failure points.
• Extensive experience in integrating third-party applications with Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Proven ability to develop both inbound and outbound integrations, including file-based and API web service-based solutions.
• Familiarity with agent configuration, business events, and messaging services within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
• Strong documentation skills, including Technical Design, Unit Test Scripts, Code Migration Documents, and Integration Test Scripts.
