Murex Datamart Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Murex Datamart Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Murex Datamart configurations, a strong understanding of derivative products, and the trade life cycle. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency and functional insight to effectively debug and resolve Datamart-related issues.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize Murex Datamart reports, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Configure Datamart objects, including dynamic tables, feeders, batches, and extraction processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions accordingly.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues within the Datamart, leveraging knowledge of the trade life cycle and derivative products.
• Participate in the end-to-end implementation of Datamart solutions, from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reports and dashboards.
• Maintain documentation related to Datamart configurations, processes, and best practices.​ 

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ of experience working with Murex Datamart, including hands-on configuration and development.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with RDBMS platforms such as Oracle or Sybase.
• Strong understanding of derivative products, including but not limited to FX, IRD, EQD, and CRD.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the trade life cycle and its impact on reporting.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and scripting languages like Shell or Perl.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
